While Canada has frequently sent Nazarene missionaries abroad, the country’s open immigration policy has created an influx of new opportunities for ministry at home.
According to 2011 demographic statistics, international immigrants born outside Canada make up almost 50 percent of the population.
As Canada becomes more diverse, the result is a beautiful mosaic across the land. This mosaic offers new disciple-making opportunities for the Church of the Nazarene in Canada, both near and far.
